Shelly Sowell is a Licensed Counselor, Coach, and Educator, who empowers people to mindfully build a more connected, balanced, and inspired life. Throughout her 20-year career, she has helped adults and emerging adults integrate the past, get grounded in the present and vision the future with compassion and kindness.

Shelly has specialized training in transformational coaching, mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, somatic psychology, and developmental models of human growth and systemic change. Shelly integrates and teaches these modalities to help her clients cultivate worthiness and meaning so they can make contact with their purpose and move into meaningful, inspired action.
