Mindful Wellbeing for Individuals, Partners + Organizations

I work with people and organizations who are ready to move from managing to consciously creating their life.

I provide a safe, confidential container for individuals and groups to explore where they are stuck and where they can grow.

My clients are adults, emerging adults, parents, and leaders who are accomplished, productive, and empathic.  They are caring, achieving individuals who may have depleted themselves in order to match the busy energy of our current culture.  This can feel like “having it all” but something is definitely missing.

People in the midst of a life review who are ready to reflect, cultivate wisdom from the past, build skills of awareness in the present, and vision their future from an aligned, purposeful perspective. They are deep souls in a fast-paced world looking for help managing stress, creating balance, and finding their why.
