You are between who you’ve been and who you are becoming…

There is a moment in life when something asks you to pause and reflect, to step back and witness your path.

Often, this happens when a change occurs, or we hit a certain birthday, something ends, or something is not working—it can be uncomfortable, uncertain, or even painful—and it becomes the catalyst for change. This space has been called the liminal, the threshold, the space between the release and the catch—or, as I’ve come to call it in my writing, the space between the bell and the break.

These moments are not unusual or a sign that you’ve gone off track. They are a natural part of human development. As we move through life, we are continually asked to reorganize—internally and externally—as new seasons emerge. This can happen in many ways: a new life, a death, a graduation, a move, a new job, a new relationship or a shifting one, the arrival of a child or a child leaving home, changes in role or identity, or simply the quiet realization that the way you’ve been living no longer fits.

It’s a time when your inner orientation to life is reorganizing—how you see yourself, what matters, and how you want to move forward. And often, your outer life begins to reflect that shift as well.

This is not a place to rush through or fix as quickly as possible. It’s a place to work with intentionally, honoring your past, welcoming all of your life into a space of wholeness.

This is the moment that Human Development Coaching is designed for.

Human Development is the study of how we grow and change across the lifespan—how our experiences, relationships, and environments shape the way we think, feel, and live. It offers a framework for understanding not just where we’ve been, but how we continue to evolve.

Together, we move through a cycle of awareness, understanding, alignment, practice, and integration—supporting you in making sense of where you are, reconnecting with what is true, and taking meaningful steps forward. Not as a quick fix, but as part of a larger spiral of growth that continues to unfold over time. We will integrate mindfulness, transformative coaching, developmental theory, neuroscience, and general wellbeing education into a program that makes sense for the changes you want in your life.
